Literature, popular culture, social demands and the conquest of the universe are key pieces in the world of Baikonur, a band from Santiago de Chile that was formed in 2011 with the intention of inviting the listener to discover their instrumental rock, that ranges from calm to frantic sound explosions. Related to the sound of bands like Mogwai, Russian Circles and This Will Destroy You, among others, the Santiago quintet, with two albums under their name, '¿Quién Vigila al Hombre Cansado?' (2013), which earned them a gig at Dunk!Festival in Belgium, and 'Nihil Per Saltum' (2018), do not hesitate to stay at the forefront, constantly reinventing their self-built universe, with no signs of exhaustion.
